Le Thi Nga
Mediation is the preferred alternative for conflict resolution in Vietnam
Since 1990 Ms. Le Thi Nga has been working as the senior lecturer and researcher at the Law Faculty of Hue University ( now is the University of law, Hue University), Vietnam. From 1995 to 2001, she worked as loyer combine the teach activities. In 2003, she received a master’s degree at the Law School of Law, National University of Hanoi. In 2015 she received Phd for Law at the Sciences social Science Institute of Vietnam Academy of Sciences.
The main researchs that she is interested in are: Human rights, conflict management, rule of law and comperative law.
Having over 25 years of experience in researching and teaching, she had articles published in domestic professional journals and international journals which focusing on the woman rights and the child rights. On the other hand, she has researched projects on women’s rights, the issue of street children in Central Vietnam, the migrant labor and violence against women. In 2016, she completed two research projects: children conflict with the law and challenges in exercising political rights of women of Cotu and Taoi in Thua Thien Hue province.
She is continuing the lecture and research activities in Vietnam and Asian countries.
