Mary Ellen Doyle
Mary Ellen holds an MA in Mediation and Conflict Intervention from the Edward M Kennedy Institute, Maynooth University (2015). Since 2015 Mary Ellen has been in the practice of mediation, organisational conflict management and conflict transformation. Mary Ellen employs a variety of methodologies and experiences to work with individuals to help them identify the root causes of their conflicts, thus helping to improve their self- awareness, emotional intelligence and conflict competence. She is a consultant of the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) which is a workplace behavioural diagnostic tool as well as a certified CINERGY Conflict Management Coach.
She is a steering committee and research member of the Kennedy Institute Workplace Mediation Research Group (KIWMRG). This group was founded in 2015 by a group of researchers and practitioners to explore important questions that inform and support the continued development of workplace mediation in Ireland. Her passion for conflict resolution and transformation extends larger than commercial and person-organisation conflicts to community mediation and peace building. Mary Ellen is currently co-leading the Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI) project in Kenya.
