Namita Singh Malik is Assistant Professor (Law) at Sharda University, Gr. Noida, India. She has obtained her LL.B. from HNB Garhwal University and LL.M. from Kurukshetra University. She has submitted her PhD. dissertation on issues of Homosexuality from Mewar University. She has vast teaching experience of more than 7 years with 4 years of litigation experience. She teaches Family Law and disputes settlement, Criminal Law, and Research Methodology to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Level. She is Coordinator for LLM courses at Sharda University and faculty coordinator for Research Committee. She has undertaken various research projects and supervised number of LLM dissertations.
