Present Position: 1. Chairperson of Board of Trustees, senior researcher, mediator and instructor of Indonesian Institute for Conflict Transformation (IICT) 2. Executive Director of Indonesian Institute for Conflict Transformation 3. Senior Lecturer Faculty of Law University of Indonesia 4. Member of Executive Board of APMF appointed in 2016

Experience: 1. Member of drafting team of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia regulation on the Procedure of Court Connection Mediation No. 2 of 2003 (Perma No. 2 of 2003) and on the Procedure of Court Connection Mediation No. 1 of 2008 (Perma No. 1 of 2008) 2. Member of The Supreme Court Working Group on Mediation 2009 – 2011 3. Coordinator of Desk Job Research in 18 courts (Jakarta, Cibinong, Bogor, Bandung) by IICT 2012 4. Chairperson of the 7th Asia Pacific Mediation Forum (APMF) Conference in Lombok, Indonesia 5. Instructor of Certified Mediator Training for various profession held by IICT or with coordination with state as well private institution since 2004 to present 6. Instructor of Certified Mediation Training for Judge held by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Training Center 2013 and 2014.
